三 | 过去,面对闯入油田作业区的“三无”渔船,除了派船出海,没有更好的办法。单次出动成本需要2万元至3万元,耗时长、覆盖有限,却常常“看见了却管不住”。如今,无人机搭载高清摄像、红外热成像及高分贝喊话装置,依托低空智能网联平台,实现了“发现—识别—驱离—取证”全闭环管控。

四 | 此时,可能另一架无人机正沿着海底管线飞向东部油田远海区域。70多公里的海管巡检,传统拖轮需4个多小时,无人机不到1个小时就能完成。这些搭载AI识别算法的无人机,可自动标注管线异常区域,将数据实时回传至平台。 随着海洋油气开发、深海资源勘查、海上航运产业持续扩容,海底管线巡检、水下应急搜救、海域生态监测等高危作业需求激增。近年来,我国以海面无人机、无人艇、载人深潜水器、无人潜水器为核心的智能装备渐成规模,构建起海洋立体安防网络。 国家深海基地管理中心副主任丁忠军表示,空中无人机面对海上溢油、人员落水、失控船舶等突发险情,可快速抵达目标海域,实时回传扩散范围、人员坐标,同步投放应急物资,填补传统救援前期观测空白。 同时,针对深海的高压、低温等极端恶劣环境作业,国产载人、无人潜水器已成为水下高危核心任务主力装备。数据显示,2026年上半年,“蛟龙”号完成西太平洋和南海调查航次,累计下潜40次;“奋斗者”号完成太平洋穿越科考航次,累计下潜63次,其中50次下潜深度超过6000米。

五 | 两艘潜水器在热液、冷泉、海沟与深渊4种深海极端环境获取了大量生物、地质标本以及高清水下影像资料,使用基于人工智能识别与环境DNA检测的深海生物原位检测技术,显著提升深海探测效率与采样精度,增强了深海复杂生境中海底资源调查能力,为深海资源探采、生态环境评估及保护提供了全新技术范式。 此外,包括“海龙”系列和“海斗一号”无人遥控潜水器、“潜龙”系列无人自治潜水器等在内的深海无人潜水器实现常态化科考和应用,可在浑浊、高压、低温深海环境下完成管线破损修补、异物清理、深海考古等作业。 当前,具身智能、网络自生成、精细目标识别、自主跟踪等智能感知功能不断迭代更新,打通“空、天、地、海、底”多装备数据互通壁垒。 比如,无人机负责大范围海面快速筛查,水面无人艇承担定点监测、通信中继,无人潜水器完成水下定位与简易处置,载人潜水器按需开展深度勘察与人员搜救,形成“空中发现、水面支撑、水下攻坚”全链条应急处置闭环。同时,为深海装备打造的数字孪生系统,依托海量实测数据训练故障预判模型,提前预警管线疲劳、设备渗漏等潜在风险,实现了“被动抢修”向“主动预警”转变。 据介绍,目前全国首个深度融合AI技术、全栈国产算力支撑的“盘古”海洋智能预报大模型工程化落地,将实现海洋预报从“天级”到“分钟级”的颠覆性跨越;Ocean AI海洋时空智能大模型聚焦海洋预警预报、防灾减灾等多个业务场景提供智能化服务,攻克通用大模型落地海洋场景“水土不服”问题;海境AI大模型、全球海洋现象智能预报大模型“琅琊”2.0、南溟海洋大模型及海洋数字孪生引擎DTO Engine 2.0相继发布,未来将服务支撑海洋生态保护、海洋牧场、海上风电、海洋科学研究等多个场景应用。 丁忠军表示,下一步,我国将持续完善“空海潜”一体化装备体系,加快多智能体协同、深海AI感知核心技术攻关,拓展深海采矿、海底电网、深远海搜救等场景应用,为海洋经济发展筑牢安全根基。(记者 黄晓芳)。
